Foot stretching band, medium

Resistance band INDIGO. A band or loop with a marked resistance level, from light to heavy. It adds load where bodyweight is not enough: the foot, the ankle and the shoulder work in measured resistance rather than in jerks. Start with the light resistance and move up as the range improves.
