This policy describes what data Main may receive when you use the website and place an order.

By using the website, you agree to this policy.

Name and phone number.

Telegram username, if provided.

Delivery address and order comment.

Details about selected products and fulfillment method.

To contact you and confirm your order.

To arrange delivery or pickup.

To respond to your requests.

Data is used only to process orders and communicate with customers.

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary to fulfill an order (for example, a delivery service after agreement with you).

To verify prices and stock and to create and reserve an order, product details, the customer name, and phone number may be transferred to the BILLZ inventory system.

For prompt order handling, order contents, contact details, and photos of selected products may be sent to the store administrator through a Telegram bot.

Payment is made by transfer to the card shown at checkout. The customer attaches a screenshot of that transfer; it is sent to the store administrator together with the order through a Telegram bot and is kept only in that conversation. Main neither requests nor receives the customer's card details — not the number, the expiry date, nor the CVV. Online payment through Payme or Click is not connected.
