Gymnastics ribbon with a 56 cm stick

Ribbon INDIGO. A woven strip with a loop for the swivel at its narrow end. The weight of the fabric decides the pattern: a light ribbon holds a tight snake, a heavy one flies longer and draws a cleaner spiral. 4–5 m is the junior programme, 6 m the senior one.
