Ribbon attachment cord

Ribbon connector INDIGO. A metal clip with a swivel; it goes onto the stick through the ring and onto the ribbon through a loop. It joins ribbon to stick and lets it turn freely — without a swivel the ribbon winds up on itself and stops opening out.
